This year’s appeal was proudly supported by children from Bidston Avenue Primary, Heygarth Primary, Millfields Primary and Woodchurch CofE Primary schools. The children have helped spread festive cheer this Christmas by creating handmade cards for the older members of the community.
The beautifully designed, glittery cards each included a special message written by the children and were delivered to Age UK, Bebington Care Home, Beechcroft Nursing Home, Summerfields Care Home and Safe Harbour Nursing Home. They were very much appreciated by residents and staff alike, who were deeply touched and delighted to be thought of during the festive period.
